“Girl In Headlights”

This series uses the phenomenon of Deer freezing in headlights as a visual representation for the physical experience during an anxiety attack. During these attacks, it isn’t just mental spiraling; it’s losing control over motor functions. This includes loss of speech function, walking, and sometimes worse, any movement at all; loss of control over breathing and muscle function.
